Rabbi James (Jamie) Benman is the Rabbi of the Sephardic Community of Lima, Peru. Born and raised in Madrid, he received semikha (rabbinical ordination) from Midrash Sefaradi - the Shehebar Sephardic Center of Jerusalem.
