Jessie is an LA-based community builder, born and raised in Northern New Jersey. She is passionate about connecting with both her Sephardic and Ashkenazi ancestors, and has been writing and singing in Ladino to learn the language for the last year and a half. She traces her Sephardic roots back to Tire, a part of Izmir, Turkey. Jessie is the founder of Bendichas Manos, a ceremonial cacao company, and Director of Community for the School of Living Jewishly.
