David Behar was born and raised in Seattle, WA in the Rhodesli community at Congregation Ezra Bessaroth. He is a longtime Sephardic Community leader and activist, and previously served as President of Ezra Bessaroth. He works in Commercial Real Estate and is a proud member of the Sephardic Brotherhood of America.
