Belin Benezra Yensarfati is the Education Coordinator for the Jewish Community of Izmir. She is a native of Izmir, Turkey and is currently a PhD candidate at University of Leiden exploring “The Transformation and (Reinvented) Traditions of Social and Religious Life Cycle Events of the Sephardic Community of Istanbul.”
